Helivision began operations in January 1995, at the Concord Regional Airport in Concord NC with one Bell Jetranger helicopter and a small T hanger. Through the years, Helivision has increased the number of helicopters in its fleet and expanded its capabilities. In 2005 Helivision started it’s helicopter flight school training division, Heliventures. Over the years we saw a need for a quality helicopter flight school in the Charlotte region of North Carolina.
Heliventures maintains rigid standards for the pilots who instruct in its helicopter pilot training program. Only pilots displaying exceptional aptitude for flying helicopters and communicating with students are employed. All staff pilots teach and all staff pilots perform commercial and corporate duties in both piston and turbine engine helicopters. Our team has over 30,000 flight hours in helicopters and more than 36 years of commercial operational experience.
