Heliventures Part 61 Flight Training Programs compared to our Part 141 Flight Training Programs are for the students that want a more relaxed course of training. This program is great for anyone who wants to learn to fly a helicopter in a relaxed enviroment. Heliventures Part 61 helicopter training school programs follow the same syllabus of training and use the same books and study material as the Part 141 helicopter training school programs but without the strict accelerated style of instruction. The quality of training that our Part 61 students receive is no different than the quality that our Part 141 students receive.
Private Pilot Helicopter
FAA Requirements:
- Obtain an FAA medical certificate.
- Pass an FAA written exam.
- Pass an FAA Check Ride.
- Log a minimum of 40 hours total flight time.
Helicopter Training School Course Includes the following:
- 30 hours of dual instruction. $300.00/hr – $9,000.00
- 10 hours of solo flight. $300.00/hr – $3,000.00
- 40 hours of ground instruction. $45.00/hr – $1,800.00
