Proof of Citizenship and Identification
I will BRING ONE of the following to my helicopter flight school on my first day of flight training. (Original documents only)
- A valid, unexpired U.S. passport & a valid driver license
- An original birth certificate from the United States & a valid drivers license
- An original certificate of U.S. citizenship with raised seal & a valid drivers license
FAA Medical Certificate
I will BRING ONE of the following to my helicopter flight school on my first day of flight training. (Original documents only)
- Current first-class medical certificate
- Current second-class medical certificate
- Current third-class medical certificate
Previously Earned Flight Ratings
I will BRING ONE of the following to my helicopter flight school on my first day of flight training. (Original documents only)
- Private Pilot Certificate
- Instrument Pilot Certificate
- Commercial Pilot Certificate
- Flight Instructor Certificate
Payment of Flight Training and Financial Aid
- I plan to pay per flight lesson
- I plan to place money on account with Heliventures
- I plan to finance my flight training through Pilot Finance, Inc
